On RU Ok? Day, Student Leaders invited staff and students to wear a touch of yellow. As well, they placed yellow fabric on a bench on each playground. The purpose of the yellow benches was to encourage those without a friend to use the bench to meet friends. RU Ok? Students from 3 Red and 3 Green enjoyed engaging in discussion about the purpose of our Beirut Fundraiser and identifying ways we can continue to support those in need. During our Religion lesson, students wrote thoughtful prayers for the families affected by the Beirut explosion.
